Step 3

Adoption Contract

Review the adoption agreement and sign to submit your application.

The Adopter agrees to provide a responsible home that meets the physical, mental and emotional needs of the above-mentioned cat/kitten.

Every attempt has been made to place healthy, sound cat/kitten(s) in your home. However, our residents are potentially exposed to common parasites and illnesses. We strongly recommend that your new cat or kitten be examined by your veterinarian within 14 days of adoption.

The Adopter understands there are no health or temperament guarantees expressed or implied by this contract. The Adopter will provide and pay for all necessary veterinary exams, vaccines and emergency care from the date of adoption.

The Adopter agrees to return the cat/kitten(s) to Cat Nap Lodge if the adoption is not successful or the Adopter is no longer able to care for the animal. Adoption fees are non-refundable.
